On a winters evening I walked up the side of Stac Pollaidh to make some photos towards Suilven from high up. It was on my way back to my campervan that I saw this scene in my head. I had no idea if I could translate it to film and worked out the reciprocity to capture this correctly. It was a shot I almost decided not to take. But I just love the small crescent moon at the top edge of the frame.
