At the edge of Selfoss

Photographers are often drawn to the edges of things. And in 2004, after sleeping in a tent in the middle of Jökulsárgljúfur National Park for four days, I headed towards the edge of the Jökulsá á Fjöllum river early one morning. The entire landscape was covered in a fog that I anticipated might lift. And lift it did, to display Selfoss waterfall tumbing into the Jökulsá á Fjöllum river below.
